Birat Multiple Station (BMS) Return & Return Policy
Return & Return policy by Birat Multiple Station (BMS) will be applicable only for the goods/products/items sold from our online store (website).

To claim return of any goods/products/items, customer must bring the particular goods/products/items in return and refund department in Birat Multi Station, Kharji along with the original bill of payment after 11 AM till 5 PM all day.

Return policy varies according to product.
In case of return of goods/products/items under BMS Return Policy, the customers must claim the return of particular goods/products/items within mentioned time period along with the Original Bill provided by the Birat Multi Station sales department. If the return deadline exceeds, the goods/products/items will not be accepted to return by Birat Multiple Station and no claims can be made thereafter.

For Grocery Products/Items
● Return policy is only applicable on FMCG items
● Return policy is not applicable for any vegetables or fruits items.
● Goods/Products will be eligible to return within 3 days from the delivery date, thereafter they will not be returned or exchanged.
● Customers can return the product/item if it is damaged one, or has manufacturing defects, or has exceed the expiry date.
● Customers can raise a ticket or contact us to let us know the queries and issues about the product/items.
● The goods/products/items must be in the same condition and with same quantity that has been delivered.

For Household Goods/Items
● Customers can return the delivered goods/items if the ordered goods/item are not same as the ordered one or has the manufacturing defects or damages or has exceed the expiry date.
● The goods/items can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery, thereafter will not be accepted to return or exchange.
● The goods/items must be in the same condition and with same quantity that has been delivered.
● Customers can raise a ticket or contact us to let us know the queries and issues about the goods/items.
● Goods/items with the broken seal or tearing of package will not be returned or exchanged.

For Beauty & Health and Baby Products/Items
● Customers can return the delivered product/item if the ordered product/item is not same as the ordered one or has the manufacturing defects or damages or has exceed the expiry date.
● The products/items can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery, thereafter will not be accepted to return or exchange.
● The products/items must be in the same condition and with same quantity that has been delivered.
● Customers can raise a ticket or contact us to let us know the queries and issues about the products/items.

For Baby Products/Items
● Customers can return the delivered product/item if the ordered product/item is not same as the ordered one or has the manufacturing defects or damages or has exceed the expiry date.

● The products/items must be in the same condition and with same quantity that has been delivered.

Refund Policy of Birat Multiple Station
Goods/Products/Items that are returned before the deadline, under the BMS Return and Return Policy, will only be refunded as per any one of the payment mode listed below.

After the goods/products/items is received by Birat Multiple Station, the quality check team will overview the that are returned by the customer. After quality check team approves the goods/products/items for return, the refuned process will be initiated. Customers may receive refunded within 7-10 days of goods/products/items returned.

Customers can receive refunds through any one of the following payment mode:
● Cash
● Bank Transfer
● E-Wallet
● Discount Voucher

Birat Multi Station has sole right to change the retrun policy and refund policy on its own, without any prior information/notice to the customer.
